"We took 3 reloading scales of ours to RCBS in Orville from Stockton. 2 weeks later, we called and talked to Mike. And told him we were coming back from Red Bluff and we were going to stop by. We wanted to pick up just 1 of the scales. It was taking to long waiting to hear from them. Mike was so rude on the phone. He would not listen to what we were trying to tell him. He did not want us to stop by. We stopped by anyway. It's a good 2 hour drive from our home. We told him that we would wait in the Lobby, to see what was going on with our scales. He said ... if we wanted to waste a least 2 hours waiting "go ahead". The young girl "receptioneat" heard it all. She said "how you doing" and we said not so good. Then she tried to help us. She then went into the back and said someone would be out to help us. Out came a guy named "Don Legg", he explained what happened with our scales. It wasn't good But ...he was so honest about out happened. Then he did what he could to make it right. Mike didn't have the guts to be honest with us. We didn't do anything wrong. It was all their fault, and Mike was being rude to us. Don Legg we thank you for your awesome customer service. we were so upset with this company after talking to Mike. He would not even come out to the Lobby to meet us. Thank you to Don Legg for saving this company's reputation in our eyes."
